Drip irrigation is the easiest and most effective method for irrigation with distinct advantages such as increased coverage area, prevention of soil erosion, controlled watering schedules, and water conservation. Padena Polymer has developed and manufactures compound for drip irrigation pipes based on low density polyethylene (LDPE), classified under PE40. The utilization of this compound results in desirable mechanical properties, enhanced resistance to erosion, and an extended lifespan for drip irrigation pipes.
• High resistance to harsh environmental and weather conditions and crack growth (ESCR)
• Long-term hydrostatic strength
• Resistance to sunlight, heat, and oxidation
• Resilience against corrosion and wear when in contact with soil and chemical compounds
• Prolonged lifespan due to smooth and polished inner and outer walls and preventing sedimentation
• High flexibility, making it suitable for use on uneven terrain.
• Drip irrigation systems for agriculture and horticulture
• Water supply systems
