Silent pipes and fittings are designed to reduce noise caused by fluid flow (sewage and water) in buildings. For this purpose, silent pipes are generally constructed with three-layers: an outer layer made of impact-resistant polypropylene, an inner layer made of wear-resistant and chemical-resistant polypropylene, and an intermediate layer made of a reinforced polypropylene compound that acts as a sound barrier. Padena Polymer specializes in manufacturing the sound barrier reinforced polypropylene layer. These compounds, in addition to fully complying with relevant standards and customer requirements, are competitively priced.
